Complaints

Making a complaint is free. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue, but this does not remove any statutory right or make our process an absolute prerequisite to legal action.

We log, classify, investigate and respond to complaints. We aim to provide a substantive response within 14 days where reasonably possible; if more time is needed, we will explain that the matter is still being investigated and why. Privacy, content-rights, moderation, refund or payment matters may use a linked specialist process.
