Child Safety and CSAE Standards

100,000,000 has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Prohibited content and behaviour

Users must not create, upload, publish, request, distribute, promote or facilitate content or behaviour involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.

This includes, but is not limited to:

child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
sexual exploitation or abuse of a child;
grooming or attempted grooming;
sexual extortion or coercion involving a child;
trafficking or facilitation of child sexual exploitation;
requests for, distribution of, or links to CSAM;
attempts to use 100,000,000 to facilitate any such activity.

Moderation and enforcement

100,000,000 uses moderation and review processes for participant photographs and messages.

Content suspected of involving child sexual abuse or exploitation may be rejected, removed from public access, disabled or otherwise restricted while it is reviewed.

Accounts or submissions associated with prohibited activity may be restricted or removed in accordance with the policies listed below and applicable law.

Reporting concerns

Users can report concerning public content through the reporting and support functions provided by 100,000,000.

Please do not send illegal imagery, CSAM or other prohibited material by email.

Reports to authorities

Where required by applicable law, confirmed or otherwise legally reportable child sexual abuse or exploitation material or activity will be reported to the appropriate national or regional authorities.

Relevant information may be preserved only where necessary for safety, investigation, reporting, legal compliance or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
